Key responsibilities:
- Design and plan synthetic rules for target molecules.
- Execute multistep organic synthetic reactions, Handling multigram to gram scale reactions.
- Characterize organic compounds using spectroscopic and related techniques.
- Perform literature searches using scientific databases( eg. SciFinder)
- Solve synthetic challenges and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate records including electronic laboratory note books and data integrity.
Qualifications:
M. Sc (Organic/General/Industrial Chemistry), M. Pharm (Medicinal Chemistry)
