JOB DECSCRITION:

1.) Utilize Lean & Six Sigma
methodologies to enhance operational excellence and achieve business objectives

2.) Track and manage various solvent
recovery projects aimed at improving efficiency and sustainability

3.) Handle products from product
introduction till Process Validation.

4.) Provide training and guidance to the
shop floor team for implementing Lean Daily Management

5.) Monitor and analyze yield data for
top products across all units to promptly identify any deviations

6.) Analyse solvent recovery data to
optimize processes, minimize fresh solvent purchases, and maximize solvent
recovery rates.

7.) Monitor multiple Yield Improvement
projects to optimize overall yield across operations.

8.) To drive Robust Root cause analysis
for Safety, Quality Deviations & Equipment Breakdown across the factory

9.) Developing and executing strategies
to enhance production efficiencies through Automation, optimization of
operational processes, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining
high standards of product quality.
