Job description:
We’re Hiring – Zenfold Sustainable Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Shift Incharge – Production (API / Intermediates).
Location: Zenfold Sustainable Technologies, Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
✅ Requirements:
B.Sc (Chemistry): Must have prior experience of 2-3 yrs as Shift Incharge in- API/intermediate production
(or)
B.Tech (Chemical Engineering): 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in production operations
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Shift Operations: Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift as per BMR and SOP
▪️ Manpower Handling: Allocate jobs, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline among operators and support staff
▪️ Process Monitoring: Track critical parameters, ensure smooth operation of equipment, and handle any process deviations
▪️ Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate entries in logbooks, BMRs, and other GMP-related records
▪️ EHS & Housekeeping: Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and maintain cleanliness in the production area
