1. Ensure SOPs, CGMP Practices, Safety Guidelines and Monthly Production with Quality & Yield maintaining Zero Accidents.
2. Batch production Record Issuance & Production Planning.
3. Maintain Training Records, Training Planner and Overall Product Quality Review; Prepare & update SOPs, BPRs, CCP.
4. Investigate Deviation, OOS, OOT, Market Complaint & prepare Compliance Report.
5. Work in Shifts.
(Distillation/Layer Separation, Solvent Handling,
SRP/Hydrogenation/Micronization/DCS Automation)
Assosiate- 1 to 3 yrs
1. Batch Charging as Per SOP & BPR.
2. Layer Separation / Loading & unloading of centrifuge/ Dryer as per BPR.
3. In-Process Sampling and Drying.
4. Cleaning of Equipment and Manufacturing Area.
5. Online Recording of BPR, Logbook, Temperature and Relative Humidity Record; Maintain Documents.
6. Document Issuance with DCS.
7. Work in Shifts.
8. Intermediate and Finished product area Operation.
