🔹 Job Role: Business Process Services (BPS) – Non-Technical Roles
🔹 Experience: Freshers Only
🔹 Batch Eligible: 2024 & 2025 Pass-outs
🔹 Qualification: Full-time graduates from
B.Com / BA / BBA / BMS / BBM / B.Sc (excluding Agriculture, CS & IT) / BAF / BBI
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be full-time graduates only (No postgraduate or part-time degrees).
- Year of Passing: 2024 and 2025 batches only.
- Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and at TCS Pune location.
