Current Job Opening – Research Associate (Custom Synthesis)
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
Experience Required
- 1–3 years
- Experience in CRO (Contract Research Organization) is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, monitor, and work up chemical reactions independently
- Understand project requirements and proposed synthetic routes
- Isolate products and optimize reaction conditions to improve yields
- Purify compounds using techniques such as column chromatography and vacuum distillation
- Conduct literature searches using SciFinder and other scientific databases
- Select and execute appropriate purification techniques to ensure compound quality
- Prepare final reports and maintain documentation
