SynSmart is looking for passionate M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) Candidates to join our team as Trainee Research Associates – a great opportunity for freshers to learn, grow, and innovate with us.
Trainee Research Associate- Custom Synthesis
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Experience: Freshers or Under 1 year experience
Positions: 10+ Positions
Responsibilities:
1.Plan, setup, monitor, and workup chemical reactions in collaboration with senior chemists.
2.Learn to operate Combiflash, Rotary Vapors and other lab equipment.
3.Purify compounds by different methods like Column Chromatography, Vacuum distillation, crystallization, etc.
4.Characterization and identification of compounds using MS and 1H NMR.
5.Writing technical reports and data analysis, maintain a lab notebook.
6.Carry out literature search by using SciFinder and other search engines.
7.Regular lab duties including equipment maintenance, chemical inventory, and lab cleanup.
8.Set multiple reactions per day independently.
