Experience :- Minimum of 8-10 Years HR Payroll
Qualification:- Post Graduation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Process payroll accurately and on time.
2.Maintain and update employee payroll records.
3.Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
4.Review and approve changes in benefits, deductions, and job details.
5.Generate reports on earnings, taxes, and deductions.
6.Resolve payroll discrepancies and verify timekeeping records.
7.Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
8.Ensure payroll data confidentiality and security.
9.Manage employee benefits, including insurance and retirement plans. • Collaborate with HR and finance, and support audits.
Additional Skills:
1.Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager.
2. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
