Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–15 FTEs with proven client interfacing experience.
- Provide strong scientific guidance to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Manage resources and costs efficiently to meet business goals.
- Monitor and review ongoing projects to maintain quality and adhere to timelines.
- Ensure team compliance with safety and technical protocols through regular training.
- Conduct scientific review meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
