𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Oversee executive schedules, travel, events, and corporate communications.
● Manage office infrastructure and administrative vendors.
● Support HR & finance processes—onboarding, travel claims, invoices.
● Coordinate cross functional admin logistics for multinational collaborations.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
● 10+ years in a senior admin or executive assistant role (multinational exposure preferred).
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills.
● High discretion, professionalism, and strong MS Office proficiency.
● Experience in biotech/pharma/nutrition sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
