QA Microbiologist Jobs & Shift Executive Openings at Heritage Foods

- Shift Executive (Ghee & Butter Department)
Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology
Experience: 5 – 15 years in dairy operations
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Separators, Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, CBMM
- Expertise in continuous/batch butter production, butter melting & ghee packing
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI compliance and dairy processing standards
- QA Microbiologist
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology
Experience: 1 – 5 years in dairy or food industry
Skills Required:
- Microbiological testing of raw and finished products
- Proficiency in operating lab instruments (Autoclaves, Incubators, Laminar Airflow, Colony Counters)
- Strong understanding of microbial culture techniques
- Familiarity with FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards
