Job Description
- Participate in training programs for all core departments including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Engineering.
- Support production, packing, and warehouse activities under supervision.
- Learn the fundamentals of GMP, GLP, and Biopharma operations.
- Contribute to day-to-day laboratory and manufacturing operations.
- Develop cross-functional skills through structured technical training.
