1️. Manufacturing – Experience Operators
Eligibility:
- Diploma / B.Sc
- 2 to 12 years of experience in injectables and aseptic operations
Skills Required:
- Vial filling, washing, capping, sealing
- Compounding, terminal sterilization
- Stopper processing for injectables
- Hands-on experience in OSD/Injectable manufacturing
2️. Manufacturing – Supervisors
Eligibility:
- M.Pharmacy / M.Sc (6–10 years)
- B.Pharmacy (8–12 years) in manufacturing
Key Skills:
- Upstream / downstream manufacturing
- People management & USFDA exposure
- Strong communication & decision-making
- Knowledge of GMP, cGMP compliance
- Leadership & coordination skills
3️.Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)
Eligibility:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
- 6 to 10 years of experience in pharma/chemical/FMCG/food/cosmetics industries
Key Skills:
- Preventive & corrective maintenance
