requirements :
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in a reputed pharmaceutical company specializing in Oncology or any Super Specialty.
Strong scientific knowledge coupled with effective communication skills.
Strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities.
Strong and insightful data analytical skills.
Proven track record in successful portfolio management, creating strong brands and achieving positive P&L outcomes.
Strong customer connection and KOL development through CME, advisory, and fieldwork activities.
Collaborate with Regional Business Leaders to identify, analyze, and address key challenges, leveraging expertise to provide strategic advice on objectives and product roadmaps.
