Experience:
Experienced National Sales Manager (NSM) from the affordable home loan segment, particularly with exposure to Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and into Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Connectors.
Skills:
Develop and implement a national-level sales strategy for the affordable home loan segment.
Set sales targets for regions, zones, and teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s growth goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs).
Create motivational programs, incentive structures, and recognition frameworks for DSTS, DSAs, and connectors to enhance productivity.
Work closely with the team to ensure proper loan sanctioning and approval processes.
Conduct audits and reviews of DSTs, DSAs, and connectors to ensure adherence to loan processing and documentation protocols.
Mitigate risks related to fraud, misrepresentation, or delinquency in the affordable housing segment. Develop and promote customer-centric products and services tailored to the affordable housing segment.
Drive penetration in rural, semi-urban, and tier-2/3 cities to capture the underserved affordable housing market.
