Designation: Junior Executive / Executive
Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers eligible)
Preferred Candidates: Male
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature searches using SciFinder, Reaxys, and other databases to design synthetic routes for hormonal molecules.
- Assist in scale-up processes from lab to pilot and commercial scale; troubleshoot during tech transfer.
- Perform characterization of intermediates and APIs using analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, NMR.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ELN/lab notebooks in compliance with cGMP and GLP standards.
- Ensure EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance during laboratory and pilot plant operations.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, RA, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
