Required Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry) from a reputed university
- Experience: 4–6 years in Product Development (Formulation)
- Age: 26–32 years
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward continuous learning
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging Development
- Develop and modify packaging materials for new and existing products
- Prepare and review specifications and STPs for packaging materials
- Conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet acceptance criteria
- Review and approve artwork for packaging
- Maintain documentation and records for all packaging activities
- Validation Activities
- Conduct packaging validation and verification
- Prepare validation protocols, execute tests, and generate reports
- Formulation Development
- Participate in pre-formulation, feasibility, and stability batch preparation
- Support new product development through lab experiments and trials
- Regulatory Support
- Proof-check packaging artwork for DGDA submission
- Prepare documentation (recipes, annexures) for regulatory authorities
- Manage change requests (CCR, CDR), deviations, and risk assessments
