Deputy / Assistant Manager
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Mech / Auto / EEE/ECE
Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience.
Hiring for below Positions:
1.Parts Quality – QC
Managing the suppliers’ parts approvals (4M/EO)
Periodical process/product audits and continuous supplier quality index enhancement.
Day to Day in-line quality issues addressal and improvements.
And all other supplier/parts related exigencies management.
2.Vehicle Quality – QC
New model car & Pre-SOP vehicles complete
vehicle evaluation – Static, tester, Dynamic & Shower quality confirmation SOP & WIS preparation and validation
Preparation/Modification of Documents like, Spec sheets, Inspection standards & vehicle check sheets
Deputy / Assistant Manager
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Mech / Auto / EEE/ECE
3 to 10 years of experience.
Hiring for below Positions:
1.Vehicle Auditor – QA
Ensure Mass production vehicle quality by Stringent audits.
Knowledge on WWSCOP & EV Expertise
Preparation of Audit Plan & Procedure
Ensure Yard Storage vehicle quality confirmation by Stringent audits.
Ensure the port Parked cars Quality confirmation by Stringent audits.
2.Quality Improvement – QA
Responsible for improving 3M, 12 M, 36WM & WM cost
Analyze claim from field and give quick resolution
INCA / Dat Loggers / Power train,
CAN CPU reduction
Campaign methods & Recall policy
