DEPARTMENT: Project Management (API)
What You’ll Do :
1.Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring clarity in scope, milestones, & deliverables for all stakeholders.
2.Facilitate seamless tech transfer from R&D to manufacturing, especially for custom APIs.
3.Own project delivery with a sharp focus on On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
4.Communicate effectively across a matrix organization, managing internal and external stakeholders.
5.Proactively assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
6.Maintain strong relationships with customer PMs and sales counterparts throughout the project life cycle.
What We’re Looking For:
1.Experience in custom API tech transfer and manufacturing.
2.Strong project management skills with a structured approach aligned to SOPs and PM standards.
3.A collaborative mindset and customer-facing experience.
Experience : 8-10 years in API/ Chemical IndustryDesignation: Program Manager

Qualification: M.Sc/MBA/Chemical Eng.
Desired Certification : PMP
