Position: Admin Executive / Sr. Executive
Department: Administrative
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical administration or corporate office management will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and facility operations
- Handle vendor negotiations and procurement activities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative and logistic support to teams
- Oversee transport, canteen, and housekeeping management
- Assist in other administration and HR support activities
