Qualifications: Pharmacy Graduate + MBA
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in handling East Africa
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Achieve sales targets and execute growth plans for East Africa.

Develop and implement strategies to expand market share in the region.
•
Identify and negotiate business partnerships in untapped territories.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, logistics, etc.) for seamless operations.
•
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
•
Prepare and present sales performance, market trends, and competitor reports.
•
Travel extensively to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore growth avenues.
- Monitor market performance, take corrective actions, and ensure financial targets.
- Drive new product launches, finalizing business plans, and building brand success.
•
Coordinate with country managers to improve sales performance and market growth.
