Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily & monthly contract labor reports and employee attendance.
- Oversee payroll activities using Saral and Cosec software.
- Handle manpower planning, timekeeping, and canteen/transport administration.
- Verify compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, LTA, GPA, etc.).
- Manage HR activities like employee exits, full & final settlements, insurance, and government liaison.
- Maintain labor law registers, notices, and employee engagement processes.
