Field Application Scientist
Job Description:
Primary Job Role :-
1) Marketing & Product Promotion: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote 3D Bioprinters (Pneumatic, Syringe, Thermoplastic, and Inkjet technologies),3D Bioreactors, Advanced Cell Counters, CO2 incubators, biosafety cabinets, and microscopes (phase contrast, darkfield, brightfield, fluorescent) & Bioinks such as Silk, Collagen, Gelatin-based inks, Pluronic, PCL (Polycaprolactone) & Decellularized ECM.
2) Lead generation and lead matuartion for Advance instrumentation: Co-ordination with sales team for lead generation & its timely closure.
3) Inventory Management & Orders Follow-up: Co-ordination with Operations team,warehouse team for order dispatch Co-ordination with Vendor,GEM team & Sales team for tender filling.
4) Customer Support & Training for Advanced Instrumentation: Install, provide training for advanced instruments to clients. Provide post-installation technical support and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site. Co-ordinate with Vendor particularly for 3D Bioprinters, 3D Bioreactors & Advance cell counter to conduct successful demonstrations. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars for prospective clients and researchers. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in 3D Cell culture & 2D Cell culture Conducting Demonstration solely or in assistance with Vendor for 3D Bioprinters for clients.
5) Sales target: Co-ordination with internal & local sales team to achieve target
6) Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and reporting for instrument installation, service, and application support in assistance with Service team
7) Hands-on experience with 3D bioprinting, tissue culture, and biofabrication techniques, preferable experience operating and maintaining advanced lab instrumentation.
8) Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Willingness to travel for client visits, training sessions, and conferences.
Job Location:- Thane, Maharashtra
Qualifications, skills and experience : Master’s or PhD in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Tissue Engineering, or related life sciences.
