JOB DESCRIPTION:
Production: USP&DSP( Exp:01-07 Years)
1.Single use Bioreactor, CO2 Shake incubator operation
2.Mammalian Cell Culture handling (Aseptic operation), Chromatography Systems
3.TFF Handling, Column packing, Nano & Sterile filtration
4.BMR, SOP, Process validation, Cleaning validation
5. QMS elements (Change control, Deviations, CAPA)
Quality Control: (Exp:03-07 Years)
1.Testing and release of biosimilars by HPLC and UPLC
2.Hands on Experience in ELISA and PCR techniques
3.Review of EMPOWER DATA and release
4.Mobile phase preparation, SOP/STP/GTP documentation
5.Ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
