Department: Formulations (OSD)
Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc
Experience: 2–6 Years
Skills Required:
- Experience in OSD, Formulations, and Capsule Filling operations
- Production & manpower planning expertise
- Knowledge of batch documentation and process compliance
Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in formulation manufacturing units
🔹 2. Executive – International Business Development (3–7 Years)
Department: Business Development / Marketing
Qualification: MBA / M.Pharma / Life Sciences Graduate
Experience: 3–7 Years
Skills Required:
- Experience in bulk drug & formulations marketing
- Strong understanding of global business strategies
- Excellent communication and client relationship management
- Exposure to pharma exports and international regulatory markets
🔹 3. Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (10+ Years)
Department: QA
Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc
Experience: 10+ Years
Skills Required:
- Comprehensive experience in Quality Assurance & Compliance
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory audits
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Exposure to biotech/pharma QA systems
