Job Description:
1.Design & maintain systems like PW, WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC, Chilled Water & Compressed Air
2. Oversee installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT of utility equipment
3.Execute IQ, OQ, PQ validations as per GMP & global regulatory standards
4.Monitor utility operations, ensure compliance with pharmacopeial specs (USP, EP, IP)
5.Troubleshoot system issues, suggest improvements for efficiency & compliance
6.Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams

3.Perform calibration and maintenance of instruments such as pressure gauges, sensors, flow meters, and electrical test tools
4.Ensure systems comply with safety standards, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
5.Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems

6.Integrate sensors and control devices with software/automation platforms
7.Maintain calibration records and generate compliance documentation
8.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones

3.Review technical drawings and coordinate with design & MEP teams
3.Monitor budgets, estimates, and contractor bills/BOQS
4.Ensure compliance with local building codes and obtain necessary permits
5.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government bodies for smooth execution
6.Conduct regular inspections, DPRS, and maintain project documentation
7.Implement HSE policies and conduct safety briefings on-site
