Qualification: M.Pharma/MS/MBA/PhD
Experience: 5-8 years
Job Description:
1.Oversee R&D Project Planning, execution and timely completion of milestones.
2.Coordinate with scientists & regulatory authorities and Manufacturing departments to ensure the effective project delivery
3.Develop and manage detailed projects plans, including budget, schedules, resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
4.Excellent communication, leadership and problem- solving skills for managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
5.Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.
6.Solve cross-functional issues and oversee resolution of quality, documentation, or process problems between R&D and manufacturing.
7.Facilitate seamless technology transfer and Communication from R&D to to manufacturing for scale-up, production and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
