Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad
Mode of Work: WFO
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Bulk / Volume Hiring (ITES, Healthcare, BPO/KPO preferred).
Strong Team Handling & People Management experience.
End-to-end recruitment ownership including stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, and process improvement.
Ability to design and execute hiring strategies to meet aggressive business demands.
Preferred Background:
5–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals, ATS tools hiring.
