Job Description:

We are one of the rapidly growing Pharmaceutical Company in India. We required young and energetic professionals for our Pune site, having experience in Formulation / Oral solid dosage.
Position: Executive
Department : Commercial
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate(Commerce background preferred)
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Profile Summery:
1. Planning, Scheduling, documentation & execution of Export & Import consignments
2.Co-ordinate with Customer/Freight Forwarders for Dispatch of Finished Goods.
3.Preparation of Invoice & packing list and supporting Documents for shipments.
4.Arrange the loading/stuffing of cargo as per schedule.
5.Handling Data Logger activity and keeping its records.
6.Preparation and Submission of Import & Export Authorization, NOC for Psychotropic and Controlled Substance.
7. Filing of CBN Monthly Quarterly, Annually Returns and Maintaining Records, Maintaining Records of Consignments Notes (Form-6).
8.Liaising all requirements of CBN and Controlled, Psychotropic & Narcotics Substances.
9.Handling of Internal & External Audit.
10.Execution of Service Agreements with Transporter and maintaining its validity.
11.Monitor Advance authorization activity.
12.Handling of QMS activities of department.
