Job Description:
1.Responsible for overseeing the coordination of finish goods warehouse.
2.Manage day to day activities of warehouses.
3.Liaise with customers and other stakeholders.
4.Analyze logistical problems, and produce solutions.
5.Having dispatch & documentation experience of export and tender consignments.
Pharmaceuticals
6.Ensure compliance with regulations, including import/export regulations, health and safety requirements.
7.Overseeing the dispatch of products on time, ensuring compliance with quality control, and tracking drivers.
8.Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities, including scheduling and tracking of deliveries and pickups.
9.Work collaboratively with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service.
10.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in dispatch operations.
11.Prepare monthly MIS of warehouse.
