📌 Position: Trainee to Senior Executive
📅 Experience: 0-6 years in pharmaceutical R&D (API & Analytical R&D)
🎓 Qualification: MSc – Organic Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
2.Familiarity with GMP practices, regulatory norms (ICH Q11, Q7).
3.Experience in reaction optimization, purification techniques, and problem solving.
4.Proficiency in tools like SciFinder, Reaxys, and analytical instruments (HPLC, NMR, GC).
5.Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
6.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
