We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition for our Hyderabad Location.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, handle employee queries, and support HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
1.Qualified MBA/MHRM in Human Resources or related field.
2.1-3 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition in Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical Industry.
3.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
