Designation: Scientific Manager, Senior Scientific Manager, Principal Scientific Manager
Qualification: Ph. D / PDF with 2-10 year of experience in CRO Industry (#Organic#Synthesis department only)
Job Role:
1.Leading 5-15 FTEs and client interfacing experience is a mandate
2.Provide scientific guidance to team members for effective delivery of projects
3.Effective resource and cost management
4.Monitor and review project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards/timelines
5.Ensure compliance and train the team members for both technical attributes and safety protocols
6.Conduct regular scientific review meeting with the team.
