These roles focus on leading biology-driven drug discovery programs within a CRO environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- PhD or Master’s degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Pharmacology
- Chemistry
- Related fields
Experience
- 5–10 years in drug discovery (Biology-focused)
- 1–4 years in project management
- PMP / MBA / similar certifications preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of drug discovery pipeline & integrated biology workflows
- Team leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical companies
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks & cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects in a CRO setup
- Coordinate cross-functional scientific teams
- Create detailed project schedules, milestones & risk mitigation plans
- Serve as the primary client point of contact ensuring alignment & transparency
- Track project progress, budget, deliverables & compliance with quality standards
- Facilitate scientific discussions & decision-making across disciplines
