1. Department: Synthesis R&D (Process R&D / Synthesis / CRO / CDMO)
Position: Research Chemist / Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments and maintain detailed records
- Optimize chemical processes for yield and purity
- Prepare project-related impurities
- Perform lab validation and technology transfer
- Execute scale-up and process validation activities
- Support project execution and documentation
2. Department: Analytical R&D (AR&D – API Division)
Position: Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Qualification: M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry (Male candidates preferred)
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for APIs and intermediates
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, GCMS, and LCMS
- Prepare validation protocols, reports, and analytical data summaries
- Support regulatory documentation and compliance activities
