Job Location: Palli, Kadi
Experience:
1. 2-7 years of experience working in an injectable facility with exposure to terminal/ aseptic-filled products
2. Responsibilities include deviation management, change control management, CAPA management, market complaints, and risk assessment.
3.Experience in performing line clearance, in- process, batch sampling, and batch manufacturing and packing document review activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Should have exposure of IPQA related activities like stage wise line clearance of manufacturing and packaging activities, in process checks, sampling, etc.
2.Having exposure of media fill participation.
3.Experience of Standard operating procedure preparation, review and its implementation
4.Experience of batch record review.
5.Experience and sound knowledge in handling of change controls, CAPA. Investigation of non-conformance like deviations and complaints.
6.Experience in preparation of product quality review.
7.Exposure of vendor qualification.
8.Should experience and sound knowledge of protocol preparation, report compilation and execution of equipment and utility qualification of parenteral formulation plant.
9.Should have sound knowledge and experience in Environmental Monitoring (Air Sampling, Settle Plate, Surface Monitoring, Personnel Monitoring).
10.Experience of process validation and cleaning validation.
Required skills:
1.Must know process validation cleaning Validation Verification and hold time studies
2. Candidate should also have exposure to EU, MHRA, and USFDA regulatory audits.
