We are looking for Training Officers in the Electrical Department to join our team in Petamitta, Andhra Pradesh.
Location: Petamitta, Andhra Pradesh
Qualification: Diploma/B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical
Experience: 3+ years (B. Tech) / 5+ years (Diploma) of experience required in technical training
Technical Skills: Industrial knowledge in relevant field and knowledge in best industrial practices like 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle
Soft Skills: Communication, critical thinking, problem-solving Skills proficiency in local language preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Conducting classes, monitoring & evaluating practical and theory sessions for trainees
2.Organizing special training programs
3.Representation in internal/external audits and coordinating SS activities in the centre
4.Live projects execution
5.Creating quality circle teams
6.Budgeting and cost control activities for Labs
7.Inculcate life skills among students
