Alongside, we also aim at countering malnutrition and supporting the right to education of children from challenging socio-economic backgrounds. Since 2000, Akshaya Patra has been concerting all its efforts towards providing fresh and nutritious meals to children every school day. We are continuously leveraging technology to multiply our reach. Our state-of-the-art kitchens have become a subject of study and have attracted curious visitors from around the world. Our collaborations with the Government of India and various state governments, along with the persistent support from corporates, individual donors and well-wishers, have helped us grow from serving just 1,500 children in five schools in 2000 to serving over 2 million children. Today, Akshaya Patra is one of the world’s largest (not-for-profit run) school feeding programme, serving wholesome food every school day to over 2 million children from 22,367 schools across 15 states and 2 union territories of India.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for project management, business development, and organizational growth?
Join us as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Akshaya Patra Foundation!
Key Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives & innovation projects.
2.Manage sub-modules in fundraising, donor experience, and engagement strategies.
3.Support strategic planning for executive meetings & organizational processes.
4. Monitor & improve project tracking systems and research new initiatives.
5.Lead process improvement projects to align with the organization’s vision.
Qualifications & Experience:
1.Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
2.3-4 years of experience in organizational strategy, business development, and project management.
3. Exposure to Food Processing, Manufacturing, NGO, FMCG, or Social Enterprise sectors is preferred.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
