Job description:
We are hiring 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 across multiple locations to drive sales and expand our presence in the IVD industry. If you have a passion for sales leadership and experience in medical diagnostics, this is your chance to make a difference!
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1.Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2.Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and market penetration.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key customers.
4.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
5.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
6.Coordinate with marketing and service teams to ensure seamless customer support.
7.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
2.5-10 years of experience in IVD sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5.Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
