👨🔬 Position: Trainee Executive / Operator to Sr. Operator / Sr. Executive
🎓 Qualification: ITI, Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical), B.Sc, M.Sc (Life Sciences)
🧪 Experience: 0 – 7 Years (Freshers & Experienced)
💰 Salary: Based on skills, experience, and current CTC
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand aseptic processing and cleanroom procedures.
- Operate and monitor filling lines for vials, cartridges, ampoules, and PFS.
- Handle autoclave and lyophilization (LYO) operations.
- Adjust and control machine settings to ensure production efficiency.
- Perform line setup, changeovers, and ensure adherence to GMP standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace.
- Execute troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain smooth operation.
- Follow all safety and quality compliance protocols.
