1.Department: Production Incharge
Qualification & Experience: B. Pharma/ M.Sc/M. Pharma 10+ Years
Required Skills (Injectables)
1.Efficiently plan and manage production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.
2.Handle QMS (Quality Management System) events with thorough investigations and propose effective CAPAS (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
4.Identify and implement strategies to minimize downtimes and reduce rejection rates.
5.Demonstrate hands-on experience in facing regulatory and customer audits and lead the team to maintain a state of continuous compliance and readiness.
2.Department: Production- Chemist to Executive
Qualification & Experience: M.Sc/M. Pharma/B. Pharma/2 to 6 Years
Required Skills (Injectables)
1.Experience on compounding, aseptic operations and aseptic behavior’s equipment trouble shooting and solution oriented.
2.Ensuring online documentation, CFT co-ordination, etc.
Required Documents to carry: Resume, Educational Certificates, Relieving letters, Payslips, latest increment letter, Aadhaar & PAN Card
