We’re Hiring – HR Executive
Mepro Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-II), Surendranagar is looking for an HR professional to join our growing team.
Department: Human Resources
Designation: Executive
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (HR) / MSW / MLW or equivalent
Experience: 4–6 years (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)Job
Job Profile:
1.Handling end-to-end HR operations at the plant
2.Recruitment & onboarding of staff/contract employees.
3.Payroll processing & attendance management.
4.Statutory compliance (Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, etc.).
5. Employee engagement & grievance handling.
6.Coordination with HODs for manpower planning & performance management.
7.Preparation & maintenance of HR-related records, reports, and documentation.
8.Assisting in audits (internal/external/statutory) and ensuring compliance.
9.Supporting implementation of company HR policies.
