Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative NPD Executive/Manager with a culinary background, preferably a Chef from the hospitality industry, to develop scalable, consumer-driven food products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring culinary concepts to market while ensuring quality, cost, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and trial new recipes and menu concepts based on market trends and brand strategy.
2.Lead kitchen trials and scale-up with production teams.
3.Ensure product quality in terms of taste, cost, nutrition, and shelf life.
4.Coordinate sensory evaluations and customer sampling.
5.Source ingredients and manage recipe documentation and SOPs.
6.Support marketing and sales in product positioning and launch.
7.Stay updated with food trends and regulatory standards.
Preferred Profile:
1.Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Tech.
2.3-8 years as a Chef in hospitality (hotels, QSRS, cloud kitchens).
3.Experience in product development and recipe standardization.
4Strong palate, creative presentation, and knowledge of food production.
5.Excellent coordination and communication skills.
