We’re Hiring – IPM Specialist at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories!
Exciting career opportunities await in our IPDO division. If you have experience in patent searches, FTO analysis, and strategic IP support—this role is for you!
Openings for IPM Specialist – IPDO
Skills: Perform searches in various databases, short-list relevant patents/applications and prepare patent landscapes.
•Perform Freedom to operate analysis. In depth reading of patents, prosecution histories and propose design around strategies
for the relevant composition patents.
•Prior art searches, screening/review of hits & identifying the relevant prior arts, preparing invalidity memos
•Perform patentability evaluation and drafting patent applications. Also support in prosecution of applications
•Support the product selection & ideation activity. Identify the innovator life cycle management going on/ possible upcoming.
•Provide technical support to legal teams during litigation/patent oppositions.
•Provide strategic IP inputs to R&D, BD & portfolio team, and identify leverage opportunities for value maximization.
•Analyse the Global launch calendar to provide launch dates.
Qualification: M Pharma./ Ph.D in Pharma
Experience: 6-15 years of experience in Intellectual Property, including candidate from
Law firms who have worked in Life Science & Health care sector would be preferable.
