Walk-In Interview – Production Engineering QC Department

Departments: Production, Engineering & Quality Control (API Industry)
1.Department: Production
Eligibility: B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc. Chemistry
2 to 7 years of experience in API Industry
Skills:
1.API Production, Bulk Drug
2.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for quality and efficiency.
3.Batch start-up activity, monitoring
4.Calibration of balance
5.Review technical documents like batch records, SOPs, BMR, validation protocols, etc.
6.Knowledge and exposure of cGMP is must.
2.Department: Engineering (Maintenance, Instrumentation & Utility)
Eligibility: B.Tech Mechanical/ Instrumentation Engineering
3 to 8 years of experience in API Industry
Skills:
1.Maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems.
2.Preparation of SOPs, DQ, IQ, OQ, and other documentation.
3.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
4.Ensuring minimal downtime, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
5.Must have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with GMP practices and documentation.
6.Operation & maintenance of utilities: boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC
3.Department: Quality Control
Eligibility: M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharma
2 to 5 years of experience in API Industry
Skills:
1.Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and various wet chemical analyses to ensure product quality.
2.Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to quality standards.
3.Preparation of SOPS as per regulatory requirements, stability and market samples.
