3.ADL Injectable Chemist/Officer
B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Pharm./M. Pharm. having about 2 to 5 year experience in QC/ADL
Handling of instruments like Autotitrator, KF titrator, pH meter
Familiar with the operation in a GMP environment
Knowledge of ICP, HPLC/GC with chromeleon software is preferred
To perform routine and stability analysis of R & D batches
4.F&D (Injectable) Asst. Manager. / Sr. Executive / Executive
M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics) having 3 to 10 years of experience.
Having exposure of handling Injectable product (Lyophilisation, aseptic and terminal)
dry powder injection at scientist level
Must have exposure of Technology transfer at manufacturing site.
5.Engineering (Operator Aseptic Area / Officer/Sr. Officer)
ITI Fitter having 2 to 4 years’ experience into plant maintenance for Injectable.
Bachelor of engineering 2 to 6 years’ experience into HVAC, Water Handling,
Documentation, Validation & Qualification and QMS for Injectable.
6.Lyophilizer (Operator)
ITI having 04 to 10 years’ experience in Injectable.
Handling of Lyophilizer (Freeze Dryer) make Trucking/Teflon / INA
Knowledge of Lyophilizer & Handling the trouble shooting
Experience of Lyophilizer qualification.
Amphotericin – Production (Officer/Sr. Officer)
2 to 8 yrs. in Amphotericin Batch manufacturing
Require good knowledge in Spray Dryer (Make.: Lab Ultima, Gea), High Pressure homogenizer (Make.: Gea), Complex Skid/NDDS batch manufacturing process.
Fire cum Safety Officer
Having 03 to 06 years’ experience in Fire and Safety
Familiar with GPCB XGN and its operation.
Coordinate environmental sampling, monitoring and analysis as per
GPCB permission
Plant Safety inspection, reporting of unsafe / act
Imparting EHS related training and to organize awareness session
Maintaining and retaining EHS documents and records
Must be well versed with STP/ETP/ETP RO/MEE operation
