Trainee – Product Manager(Injectable Division)
Job Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior Product Managers to align product vision with business goals.
2.Cross-functional Coordination: Work with teams across design, marketing, engineering, and operations.
3.Product Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the journey from development to market launch.
4.Market Research: Analyse trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
5.Go-to-Market Support: Help in executing product launches and marketing strategies.
6.Learning & Development: Participate in structured training programs to enhance product management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: B. Pharma / M. Pharma
Experience: 0-2 years (Preferably in animal health, but freshers encouraged to apply)
Skills: 1. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
2.Creative approach to campaign design
3.Excellent written and verbal communication
SALARY Negotiable as per experience
