Department: Executive – QA
REQUIREMENT:
Qualification: M. Pharmacy/ B. Pharmacy/M. Sc.
1.Minimum 7-8 years of Experience in QMS activities, Conducting internal/external audits, Investigations, Report writing. Documentation, Training management & Trending.
2.Responsible for implementation of quality systems within the site.
3.Review of Change controls, Deviations, Investigations, CAPA, OOS and OOT reports. Responsible for review of validation protocols and reports.
4.Responsible for issuance, control, and retrieval of documents.
5.Maintaining & Organizing the training records.
6.Responsible to support in organizing management review meetings as per relevant SOP
