Job description:
Position: Senior Officer (HR)
Experience: 5-6 years
Location: Vadodara
Objectives of the role:
1.Work closely with HR Managers to better understand the hiring needs of the company across various verticals and roles
2.Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, as a talent acquisition specialist, HR recruiter
3.Foster and build relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing roles
Responsibilities:
1.Design and implement job descriptions as per the guidance of HR managers
2.Write and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media portals
3.Screen incoming resumes from potential candidates and maintain the application forms and database through the entire span of the hiring process
4.Identify future hiring needs and collaborate with senior HR managers to work toward the same.
5.Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
6.Responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.

Required skills and qualifications:
1.Previous work experience as an HR recruiter or a similar role in HR talent acquisition
2.Outstanding oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
3.Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
4.Knowledge of productivity software, database management and internet search methods
5.Quick learner
Preferred skills and qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resource management, human resource hiring or related field/MBA/MHRA/MSW
2.Experience in HR recruiter hiring and developing recruitment strategies.
3.The drive to grow professionally through networking and training opportunities.
