Job description:

We are looking for

Post : Accounts Officer.

Experience : 0 to 1 Year.

Salary : up to 25k.

Note: Immediate Joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.

2.Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.

3.Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.

4.Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as required.

5.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

6.Ensure that accounting practices adhere to company policies and relevant financial regulations.

7.Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements.

8.Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

9.Handle and maintain accounts payable and receivable transactions.

10.Monitor and report on outstanding payments and follow up as necessary.

11.Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of audit documentation.
